What sets us apart
Having owned in North Naples since 2005, I’ve contracted with several Home Watch firms only to find their services wanting. Several seasons ago, I started my own business after assisting friends and neighbors whose service left with the storm (Irma). I’m committed to operate year ’round and will fill the gap when you can’t.
About
Brian is a retired professional having recently spent several years overseas in the Risk Management and consulting business. He holds graduate and undergraduate degrees and is a long time homeowner in New England and Naples. Home Watch Enterprise LLC is fully registered with the State of Florida and Collier County; insured and bonded.

Services
You will receive monthly reports outlining the areas of your home inspection. These include: Interior and exterior walls, doors and windows detecting vandalism, unauthorized use and hardware needing attention. On the interior we will inspect for water damage, rodent/insect infestation, mold, mildew and unusual odors. I will run all faucets and lavatories and measure humidity levels and ensure the thermostat is set to your specs. We use a unique, multifaceted approach to ensure that our customers are put first, no matter what. We’re your Home Watch Professional yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Pricing
Size of Home Condo/Villa $45.00 per visit
Property 2500-3499 sq. ft $60.00 per visit
3500-5000 sq. ft $75.00 per visit
Homes > 5000 sq. ft call for consult

on number of visits)
Home Watch services offered
Exterior
- Walk grounds taking note of exterior for any issues such as vermin/insect infestation
- Examine all doors, windows, and sliders to insure they are locked and secure, check for any signs of forced entry
- Remove solicitations and move mail to inside home; remove newspapers
- Check for mold and mildew on home, lanai and garage
- Landscape upkeep
- Pool and spa monitoring
- Ensure Air Conditioning equipment is working properly
- Check for Vandalism
Interior
- Examine all doors, windows, and sliders to insure they are locked and secure, check for any signs of forced entry
- Ensure security system is functioning properly
- Ensure Air Conditioning and humidistat are set properly and functioning; measure humidity levels
- Check for signs of pest and insect infestation
- Visually check windows, skylights, walls, ceilings, toilets, under sinks, and around hot water heater for signs of water leaks and mildew
- Check electrical panel for tripped breakers, reset if necessary
- Run faucets, showers, and garbage disposals to prevent gaskets and seals from drying out.
- Flush toilets to remove stagnant water from the lines
- Verify refrigerator and freezer are working properly
- Operate dishwasher and washing machine monthly to prevent seals from drying out
- Test smoke detectors
